Yes, a reservation is necessary in order to secure the specific date and time of your charter.

In accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, up to 5 passengers are allowed on the vessel at one time. Groups with more than 5 people can be specially accommodated by calling (843)685-2737 for details.
3, 4, 5, or 6 hour charters are available. The 3 hour charters are designated for non-fishing/eco tours only. 4,5, and 6 hour charters include any and all activities, including fishing, shellling. dolphin tours, etc.
Charter rates are determined by the length of the charter and not based on the number of passengers. Payment for the charter is collected at the conclusion of the charter. Cash, Visa, and Mastercard debit or credit are accepted. Tips are optional.

Coastal Eco-Charters depart from Cricket Cove located on the Intra-Coastal Waterway in Little River, SC. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Marina parking is free. Also, the marina has picnic tables, restaurant/tiki bar, and restrooms with showers.

Coastal Eco-Charters operates year round. Only the in-water activities are restricted to warmer months (May-October).
Yes, charters can be customized to include one or any combination of activities at no extra charge. Even if you change you mind during the charter. I am flexible to meet your interests.
Saltwater fishing produces a wide variety of species, but I target inshore Flounder, Redfish, and Trout. Some days are better than others and I do not mislead people into thinking otherwise. Because I was born and raised fishing in Myrtle Beach and I have taught Marine Science for over a decade I offer a unique perspective to share with anglers of all skill levels.
Baits include; live mud minnows, mullet, shrimp, soft plastics, crankbaits, and jigs. Techniques include; anchoring, trolling, and drifting baits using light-medium action spinning reels.
Saltwater fishing licenses, bait, and quality fishing tackle are all provided.

Yes, Coastal Eco-Charters welcomes adults or children with special needs and can safely accommodate individuals with a variety mental disabilities and physical impairments.
As a state licensed teacher, I have experience teaching children with ASD, ADD, ADHD, LD, HI, VI, Asperger's, Tourette's, and Down Syndrome. I have also taught Gifted and Talented students.
When scheduling your charter, please notify me regarding special needs, or medical concerns; such as, diabetes, or back pain.
No one has been sea sick during a charter. Coastal Eco-Charters are in calm, shallow, and safe inshore water.
Ages 12 and under are required by state law to wear a PFD. Adults are optional. Safety equipment includes, PFD's, throw rings, fire extinguishers, VHF radio, and first-aid kit. The vessel meets all U.S. Coast Guard safety regulations. I am CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certified, insured, and fully licensed.
The Coastal Eco-Charter boat is a 2009 Sea Hunt 186 LE and powered by a low emissions, Yamaha four stroke 115 hp outboard motor. Electronics include, Lowrance Fish Finder Sonar/GPS Chartplotter, ipod connector, stereo, JBL speakers, VHF marine radio.
Every passenger has a comfortable cushion seat while enjoying the dry, smooth ride. A canopy top provides shade in the summer. During winter months a full canvas enclosure is installed to block wind.
Cricket Cove Marina has a loading zone area adjacent to the marina office. You can drop off your belongings here. Marina parking is located next to the dry storage building.
